Thanks to everyone for yet another smashing success of a reunion!

We had fantastic crowds on both Friday and Saturday nights and it’s a testament to our great class that these events continue to be very well-attended and enthusiastic. It seems most of us realize we were lucky to be part of something very special and an eduring bond has solidified over the years.

A big thank you goes out to Ned Shadid of Ned’s Catering who hosted us on Saturday and provided a great spread. Ned has always helped us greatly with the reunions and this year he really went out of his way and gave us a great deal. When people ask how we can provide these big events with food at pretty basic costs it really has a lot to do with Ned. Also, thanks to Greg Metzer for his help over the entire weekend.

On a personal note, I wanted to apologize to everyone who did not receive notice, or only received it quite late. We weren’t necessarily planning to do a 30-year and I didn’t have the time to contact people as thoroughly as has been our custom. So, please don’t take it personally if we didn’t get in touch as we relied almost exclusively on email and the website.

BUT MARK YOUR CALENDARS NOW!!! Our 35th (!) reunion will be the second Saturday of June 2013. We do these things every 5 years on Father’s Day weekend and will continue as long as we keep having great turnouts.

Also, bookmark the website! We’ll keep it active and even though the updates can be a little sporadic, it will always be the place to go for everything you need to know.
